We recommend that you wear swim gear, a t-shirt and shoes that you don't mind getting wet. Life jackets increase safety. Therefore a life jacket on a SUP board can make sense. On some lakes life jackets are also compulsory. All participants must wear the provided SUP leash while traveling on the water.
